Browse & choose your gear
Head to our gear page and pick everything you need for your holiday — portacots, highchairs, prams, beach gear and more. Filter by category to find what you're after quickly.

Set your hire dates
Choose your arrival and departure dates at the top of the hire page. Pricing updates automatically — the longer your hire, the better the daily rate. Minimum hire is one night.
Prices are per item, per hire period — not per night. One simple total at checkout.
Book & pay securely
Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You'll enter your delivery address and contact details, then pay securely via Stripe. You'll receive an instant confirmation email.
We accept all major credit cards. Your card details are never stored by us.
We deliver & set up
At your preferred time — morning or afternoon — we'll bring everything to your accommodation and set it all up: portacot assembled, highchair in position, pram unboxed. Ready to go the moment you walk in.
You'll receive a reminder email the day before with your delivery details.

That's it — just enjoy. All our gear is cleaned, safety-checked and ready to use. If anything isn't right, call us on 0428 925 741 and we'll sort it out the same day.

We collect everything
On your checkout day, we'll come and collect all the gear. No packing, no cleaning — just leave it as is. You get a reminder email the morning of collection.
Just make sure the gear is accessible when we arrive. We'll handle the rest.
Common questions
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Ulladulla, Mollymook, Narrawallee, Milton, Burrill Lake, Lake Conjola, Tabourie Lake and surrounding areas. Not sure if you're in our zone? Get in touch and we'll let you know.
How is the gear cleaned?
All gear is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between every hire using baby-safe products. We inspect each item for safety and condition before delivery.
What if something is damaged or needs cleaning after my hire?
A $100 refundable damage deposit is held at booking and returned within 48 hours of collection, provided the gear comes back in reasonable condition. You don't need to clean the equipment — ordinary use is expected. If something is excessively soiled or damaged beyond fair wear and tear, a cleaning or repair fee may apply. We'll always contact you before any decision is made.
Are you insured? Do I need my own insurance?
Roamkit holds public liability insurance covering our delivery and collection operations. You don't need your own insurance to hire from us, but you are responsible for the equipment during the hire period. An optional damage waiver is available at checkout — this covers accidental damage but not loss, theft, or intentional damage.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your hire start date receive a full refund, less payment processing fees (typically 1.75–2.9% + $0.30). Cancellations within 48 hours of your hire start are non-refundable. If we ever need to cancel on our end, you'll receive a full refund including the delivery fee.

What's the minimum hire period?
Our minimum hire period is one night. We offer 1–3 night, 4–7 night, 8–14 night, and monthly (15+ night) rates.
What if an item isn't right for us?
If something isn't working for your family, call us on 0428 925 741. We'll do our best to swap it out or resolve the issue the same day.
